Erika's Favorite Shakes

PB&J Super Shake

Ingredients

1 cup sugar free almond milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 ripe banana
1 cup frozen kale or spinach
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder
drops of liquid stevia to taste

Directions

Blend until smooth and ice as needed.

Pumpkin Super Shake

Ingredients

1 cup sugar free almond milk
1 cup canned unsweetened pumpkin puree
3 pitted dates
1 tbsp natural almond butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
drops of liquid stevia to taste

Directions

Blend until smooth and ice as needed.
